T-mobile: HTC MyTouch New Phone avail. Soon.

The Catch:

You have, "HAVE" to have (lol) the Internet Plan. The $24.99/$34.99 Internet Plan for the whole contract or you will have fees sneak up on you. The plan Is a 1-2 year contract.. It's being released out to Tmobile Customers first then the new cust 2nd, days/weeks later.. I think.. I might get it and then re-sell It, idk.. But i think its wrong how they can "make" you have this plan or w/e. I have a HTC WING/Harald***, and I use WIFI for internet..
