I have a large extended family and with summer upon us we have get together's quite often. I am looking for recipes that will not have me spend all my time in the kitchen so I can mingle with my guests and have a good time as well.

I understand spaghetti is easy to cook in large amounts. Use a lot of hamburger and cheese, maybe some toasted garlic bread.

for me, I probably do something easy make broiled chicken, cans of Italian foods that cost under 1.00 put in a big pot heat it up. so, it sound cheap , you are like me something that quick easy to make . buy French rolls for a couple of dollars.

so many receipts on the internet, that you can choose doesn't break your budget or kill your guests.

I would ask my sisters for recipes before, if they make the dinner for me. of course, they want make sure whatever I do or make , my guests will be alive the next day after my dinner, too.

Finger food, buffet type stuff, tacos, fajitas, tapas. Or if weather is good BBQ. Can’t go wrong.

Two bags of Lay's Potato Chips.

If you run out, just announce that "Somebody has eaten more than the recommended serving size"

take your pickup trunk on the country road. any roadkill on the road will do, of course, take buckshots out on the animal before serving , because ruin your teeth. trust me!

I do recommend to save the small bones of the animals for toothpicks, your guests will love you for that.

if you are driving on the country road, use the side of car's door to hit the animals, just too messy just run them over.

this way, you might use the animal's head for table's centerpiece. maybe this way, use at thanksgivings dinner.

how often you have a turkey with apple in his mouth, looking back at you at the dinner table?
