Sue the "BLEEP"

Has any one out there had to sue some one/company etc. Tell me your story and get it off your chest ... I'm looking at suing a company and need input on your 'HORROR' stories.

I almost sued a company I worked for. they knew of discrimination, harassment, and sexual harassment that was occuring at my site but chose to do nothing about it. even after I filed a report, they removed the man whod harassed me, and threw out my report. they did nothing about the racial slurs I was enduring. I was called "white trash", "stupid white b****", "white slut" and many others. I quit and went to file unemployment but the company said I quit voluntarily and there were no reported instances of harassment. I didn't sue simply because it wouldve been too much stress while I was pregnant.

Poor you! I would have filed a police report, but hindsight is 100%. I guess you'll know what to do the next time. I cannot believe the slur 'stupid white b****' .. perhaps the white community should be made more aware of white discrimination as the black community has made evident!
