I've been to the doctor and picked up the antibiotics. Are there any ways to ease the pain? It feels like I've swallowed broken glass.

It may be gross, but if your stomach is a little uneasy for honey, sugar, and tea (or w/e), drink some warm water. That ALWAYS helps me. Not hot, mind you.

I'm trying the warm tea and it seems to be soothing a bit. Thanks for the help all!

I'm not sure if it would "help" in terms of its ingredients, but since it's cold and smooth it would probably feel good on a sore throat.
