Two cargo ships have collided off the coast of a central Japanese island, leaving 16 South Korean and Indonesian crew members missing.

It is amazing isn't it.I don't know if it's sudden bad weather or inattention by the people navigating but it's hard to believe in this day and age.

I agree nuclear subs and cargo ships must have radar and communications ect.
