Some tweaks

- I changed the homepage for those not logged in.
- There's now "double points threads". From time to time moderators will choose a thread that will give out double points for an hour.
- Featured forum - every day a random forum will be chosen and featured on the homepage, right side, above the forum list.
- When special events happen, such as the World Cup, there might be an extra tab on the homepage linking to related threads.

I noticed the new homepage this morning. I really like how it looks!

Will they announce first, in the title of the thread that it is a double points thread?
Or will it be a surprise?

It's in blue text on the home page.

It will show up on the homepage, above the featured post. I'll make this thread double points to demonstrate.

Yeah, it does; this is differnt though in that it will be a double points thread , as opposed to a day devoted to it. - Though we will still be having the day too I imagine.
