Should I dye my hair?

Hi,
Recently I've been thinking of dying my hair back to my natural colour- a dirty blonde/light brown with red highlights. Right now obviously my hair is red. I've been dying it for 2 years or so and I love the colour. I get compliments all the time. My question is should I go back to my natural colour or would it just look plain (like every other girl)? I'm afraid it will look boring again. Everyone says the red looks good. Any opinions?

Well if you're afraid it will look boring, why do you want to change it? Especially if you are receiving compliments?

If it's just a change you need, then go for it..but instead of your boring natural color, try something else?

Well mostly my mom and sister have been pressuring me. They say my natural colour is nicer (I disagree). And I've also been feeling insecure like the only good think about me is my hair and it's fake lol.

I think natural is good but do whatever makes you happy. A change is good. I usually go with a cut when I need something different.

Never change anything about yourself because others say it will be better- I learned that lesson the hard way, listening to mymom when dyeing my hair. I'm much happier sticking to acolor that isn't natural because my natural color doesn't suit me as well. Stick wih what you like and if you like the compliments keep the red Or maybe try a new color that isn't either your natural color or the red you've had.

Always in life, go with what makes YOU feel good, (as long as it's not hurting others that is), without a second thought. Not everyone is going to like the same things anyway.

That said; one thing is true, hair dye isn't good for your hair over time, as opposed to your natural hair.
That's why I've never dyed mine until I began to get white hairs...and in my case, it's actually better for the hair as it adds pigment. But if I still had all of my natural color, I'd never touch it. Besides, it's such a hassle. - but you , you do what's right for you hon, what makes you happy.

Just my personal opinion, natural is always best.

Mine too; though I will say for some, it has made the difference between stunning, and mediocre.
