Scrambled Eggs

I'm just eating scrambled eggs on toast and as much as I'm enjoying it I was thinking about what things could I add to give it more flavour.

Anyone add anything extra to scrambled eggs that taste good?

Chives, onions, cheese, salt, pepper, ham, sausage, damn this starting to make me hungry.

Hot sauce!

I add sour cream, hot sauce and rosemary.

Chives sounds good. I think I will try it.

Then twelve scrambled eggs.

Salsa. I love salsa on my scrambled eggs.

To the egg mix, add some ham (spam works, too) and freshly sliced tomatoes, and a little bit of milk to make them fluffy.

I used to scramble two eggs, add shredded cheddar and corned beef hash, and then add Tabasco. Been a while though.

Also, it's good to saute some chopped onion and garlic in oil for a few minutes and then add them to the eggs with some cheese and pepper.

Scrambled eggs with chopped green olives...

I always add salt & pepper anyway




Same with milk - I didn't actually know you could make it any other way




I like the sound of that the most.

Some people use just water.

Ugh! I can't imagine that being very nice at all.

You don't need milk to make eggs fluffy. It's all in how you prepare (whisk) and cook the buggers.

I like to use Oriental Ramen noodle flavoring. If you don't have that, soy sauce would probably work.
