2 sonic booms rocked the skies of Brockville Ontario Canada at approximately 12PM, 3 ICBM objects were seen in the skies after the second, 2 were headed West, 1 was headed East.
What the Hell is going on?

there were no visible wings on them and anything that breaks sound barrier or comes so close it thunders out like that leaves a jet stream

I don't think you know what "jet stream" means.

They could certainly have been missles that are being tested, but probably weren't ICBMs. ICBMs don't travel laterally through the atmosphere. They are launched at a relatively steep angle and do most of their traveling well outside of the atmosphere.

fair enough, name a cylinder shaped white flying object that travels around the speed of sound, has no wings and black nose cone with no visible engine burn

A rocket or missle of some sort. It's also very possible you just didn't see any wings.

ICBMs are a very specific category of very long-range missle. There are many, many types of other missles and rockets.

You also don't necessarily see engine exhaust at altitude, whether the engine is a liquid fuel jet turbine or a solid rocket engine. If aircraft always produced contrails, it would be pretty damn easy to spot, say, an incoming B-2 Stealth bomber from 100 miles out

It was probably just a military test of some sort.

My little brother saw a strange black plane in the sky with smoke coming out of it the other day. Is that related to this?
