Once opened .. I always keep it in the fridge.

Yeah, I just found it on Wiki. It's only available in the UK and Australia. Seems to be the same thing as Miracle Whip.

I would have to say, if you bought it off of an non-refrigerated shelf, you can store it in a cupboard until it is opened. After that, you should refrigerate it because it contains eggs.

you can get it here in the US in specialty shops and some Stop and Shop Grocery stores sell it
