Running..

anyone else out there run??? if so do you have a certain time you like to run??? do you bring an ipod along for a listen? what do you like to wear? and where abouts to do you like to go?

I like to run around a football pitch. Kicking a football. Wearing a football shirt.

I run although I've damaged my knee so I've been laid up just recently

I've always preferred early evening runs, usually have my ipod on to keep me focused

With "eye of the tiger" on repeat.

How did you know?

I run on a treadmill. I used to run outside, but being at the mercy of the weather every morning is annoying and treadmills are easier on the knees than concrete.

I also like to work out right afterward while I'm still all warmed up, so being at the gym already is pretty nice.

I just wear running shorts and a Techwick tee. I always have my iPod Nano on me. It's usually shuffling Iron Maiden, Tori Amos, or Savatage.

at night ipod sweats around town has to be someone else with me (i get scared of my town at night)

I HATE running. But I do have a treadmill that I occaisonally use if I'm feeling fat.

Personally it just brings me no joy I'd much rather stay fit in a more fun way lol

Every so often. I haven't gone in forever though.

Early morning if I can wake up, or late at night. I hate running in the afternoon, it's too hot!

Always. I get distracted otherwise.

Shorts and a tanktop.

I started by circling the track, got bored of it and then switched to streets, and every so often I'll jog the boardwalk at the beach

I love running around in the nude, it's better than jogging in the nude.

i run on a treadmill in my house. i detest going to the gym, and my neighborhood isn't the safest to go running in by myself (my boyfriend isn't much for running.) i always wear shorts and a sports bra when i run. i like to sing when i run (another reason i run at home). i helps me maintain an even pace and helps control my breathing.
