Hi, I'm always moving along, and feigning wisdom is all I'm capable of. I did think that our "non-engagement" was more by mutual agreement, but perhaps it's pointless to argue about it....

I did a bit of acting in primary school. It had to be acting because actually (I'll let you into a little secret), I'm not really a unicorn,

It was fun to do at the age of 10. I was acting like a 10 year old would. Not exactly Judi Dench but good enough for Our Lady of Grace school productions. I think my mum still has the video somewhere.

What I have never done is go in pubic with a horn (or anything else that resembles any sort of genitalia) stuck to my forehead, or generally go around wearing a pink leotard.

Acting is cool. Behaviour isn't. There's a difference.

Along with these statues there is now a move to rename U.S. military bases that are named after Confederate Generals

(Side note: Why anyone would name a military base after the military leaders of a failed war is beyond me.)

As a southerner (born in Virginia... the Capitol of the Confederacy, and lived much of my life in Florida...) I am loath to change the names of these bases! But if we must change the names, let's change the names to what these Confederate generals accomplished.

The new names should be:

Fort Died in Battle
Fort Let’s Surrender
Fort The deadliest one-day battle in American History
Fort Lost to Grant
Fort No Training
Fort Demoted General
Fort Surrendered
Fort Failed Infantry Assault
Fort Epicopalen Bishop
Fort Wounded and Capture in Battle

These names honor both the generals and the history!

it would a better idea just name military bases after places like small towns, and states. even name after heroes or members of the buffalo soldiers of the civil war.
