Real Estate Agent

im thinking about becoming a real estate agent. any tips or advice? which company do you prefer and why? downfalls or good things about being an agent?

downfalls...people dont tend to like them :/ good things... theyre not as hated as traffic wardens xD

serious though, if thats what you want to go into then go for it. you could probably get a company to take you on as an apprentice or something. it doesnt really matter which company you choose to do that with because its just to get you into the swing of things really. then if you find you like it there you could stay on and see if they want to take you on as an actual employee or get an awesome reference from them so another company will hopefully snap you up!

im not really sure how things work over where you are or if this would be possible? worth looking into though. look online for reviews of companys to see which ones seem to be popular or not

its a very good field to go into. I would try and get your license now and wait till the economy picks up before going into the field. Both of my parents are brokers and they love what they do...the market is just killing them
