What I really like about this theory is the way the Bush administration flipped this whole thing on their buddies OBL, al Qaeda, and the Taliban... and then added Saddam Hussein into the mix.
Bush got re-elected.
Silverstein got billions of dollars.
Saudi Arabia got... something.
Israel got... something.
The British media got a
scoop .
Halliburton, The Carlisle Group, and Blackwater got contracts.
The American people got F___ed.
OK. Now all that is left is the part where this is all somehow the fault of Obama, the Democrat party and the liberal media.
Saudi Arabia didn't get attacked, Israel and their mainly Jewish population had a bit of a break from attacks from radical Muslim groups, the United States were given a way in to the Middle East and all of that oil, the British got whatever they got, Carlisle and all of them got contracts, billions were paid out in insurance settlements (not to victims, of course. They got thousands.), new acts were past that slowly reduces the amount of privacy between you and the government, the American people got a war that half of them didn't want while the other half demanded retribution for. And the Taliban, al Qaeda and those guys, some of whom trained with or were trained by the CIA, were considered just a loose end that needed to be cut.
Oh, and as to how this all Obama's fault, it's because he's really Osama in disguise. That was the biggest twist of all.
