Rape victim shoots rapist

Just recently, a man tried to choke a women and threatened to kill her. The woman gets a hold of the attackers gun and shoots over her shoulder and kills the attacker. So how do you all feel about this? Do you feel sorry for that guy, that maybe he did not deserve that ? Do you feel that it was a cruel and unusual punishment ? Maybe his civil rights were violated because she did not read him his rights ? Or, maybe he suffered for a while before he died. After all, he did not get an attorney and his phone call. You know that the gun was probably not registered. The Cops are investigating the attacker (suspected attacker) as a possible serial killer.

I was reading about this earlier this week . The guy is being looked at for some thing like 9 other deaths in two states . The women were all escorts , yes the woman that killed him was also an escort .
The article said he came up to her place when she opened the door he pulled a gun on her . She grabbed a rake and when he put the gun down to get the rake away from her she she grabbed the gun and shot over her shoulder hitting and killing him . She then ran out to her yard and caught the attention of some neighbors . The stuff found in his car matched with the stuff used in the 9 deaths of the escorts found dead scattered two states .

Since the OP asked ,, these are just my thoughts .
I could hope he didn't die quickly , that the round that she got off bounced around a bit inside his carcass, before hitting something vital .
