Problems with Amazon Prime Video

On Amazon Prime Video, I was about to watch Boomerang. (I'm watching on a Roku Premiere Box.) But, no matter what video I pick, any attempt to have them play KEEP failing! I always keep getting the "Something went wrong" message. Can someone PLEASE help me on how to fix this?!

"Who" is saying something went wrong? the Amazon app? Roku?
Is anything else acting up?

Nothing else is acting up! My Internet connection is fine. I can still browse Prime Video, but I still have trouble getting videos to play. It's either the app or my Roku Box. I don't know what's doing it? Even restarting the app didn't solve it.

Did you try re-installing the app?

... I had to do that with my Spectrum app once when things were messing up.

i started amazon prime video on my internet last week. it is pretty good. you have problem with roku box, don't use probably, best thing for you. if this box doesn't work sent the sucker back. i was offer to win a roku last week, when i sign up. now, i am glad i didn't win the contest for it. you didn't missed much in the movie, " boomrang ".

We have 4 Roku's I think they are either Express or Express +. The cheap ones. They seem to work fine for us.

Primarily for Prime, Netflix, Hulu, occasional YouTube, and Spectrum for our non-cable-boxed TVs.

Right now today, I was watching Prime Video on my Roku Premier Box, and all of a sudden for no reason at all, it buffers and I got the "Something went wrong message." I checked the Internet connection...IT WAS FINE!!! SO I went back to the Prime Video app to pick up where I left off. The menu and the need to navigate it work fine, but when I start playing it, it won't play. EVER!It''s either all black or getting the inexcusable "Something went wrong" message. I'm at my wit's end with defective electronics (or what I call it "legalized fraud" ), how can I fix this?

don't have problems with amazon on roku. what i have my roku on my computer set up, as well as my tv connection. try have both accounts on computer and tv. it probably, best your sign up on your computer. not set up anything on tv to sign up.
