Some of these rules - "rec'd by" and "state validation" harken back to days of the pony express and how long it took for information to travel.

And I think that also plays into the Inauguration in January.

Like Alaska and Hawaii. Just think how long it took for a horse to get from those states to DC to report the election results!

Also, proclaiming the election results as fraudulent before the election itself delegitimizes his argument. Should’ve kept his mouth shut in that respect if he wanted any chance to be taken seriously in court.

But of course, we all know he is incapable of doing that.
