I was just trying to get some advice on Post traumatic stress disorder..and Rapid eye movement de-sensitisation. Has anyone experienced this dreadful disorder..and if so were you treated with REMD?
After all the meds I have been on...I found REMD to give me some instant relief from intrusive flashbacks...I'm just wondering if this effect is permanent...or is there a chance that the flashbacks might return?
I am almost as scared of them returning as I am when I have them.

As far as I know they will stop. Are you aware or have you explored your triggers?
