How do i take the beat out of a song? in other words i dont want anyone singing the song i just want the beats and the background music like an instrumental.

I don't KNOW how to do the oppiste, but you could go look for the song on a karaoke cd.

the only thing you could do is cut and bost certain frequencies, but that still wouldn't really do much.

Try using the "vocal remove" option in Adobe Audition.
It may work....it works occasionally.
