Both the Irish and British governments together with the politicians from all the political parties in North of Ireland have spent the past three days in St Andrews Scotland flogging out an agreement that hopefully will see Irish politicans once more return to control our own people.

The most amazing fact was that the Rev Ian Paisley and his Democratic Unionist Party didn't say NO. That's all that f***er has said to any attempt to get this country sorted out since the Pope was an altar boy.

Let's hope nothing happens now to derail the process as they are many villans (and security personnel)who are making a good living when there is politcial unrest that may stir things up and bring the agreement craashing tto the ground yet again so that they can continue to line their own pockets.

Thank God its all starting to work out, but I do believe that money has a lot to do with it. If things dont start rolling by November then the salaries of the Northern Ireland politicians were being stopped. Now is that a coincidence or what.?

The DUP have always tried to collapse talks aimed at progression of the process. This is because they know that they will never win in a debate between republican/loyalist due to the sheer numbers of Catholics.

This is a great day for Ireland, hopefully Ian Paisley will get too old to continue soon and the last vestage of the British empire will disapear forever.

The Loyalists rant on about IRA and their guns and if they are disarmed etc. There are quite a few loyalist groups still out there who still have all their arms and ammunition to this very day.

Paisley is reported to be suffering from the first signs of dementia. The sooner he retires and leaves this country in peace the better.

There are so many DUP supporters who have made their fortunes from providing "security" it'll be hard for them to give it up.

Once he's gone, that'll be it.

I think the North needs some new, young faces in politics. For too many years we've all being counting on Adams, Paisley, McGuiness, etc
