It looks so far that the PS3 is losing this console war.

Not so much. It's losing the Gaming console war, but it's starting to win the Blu-Ray dvd player war. It's the only BluRay player that is upgradeable to this 2.0 format thats supposed to work with PIP on the newer Bluray discs. You can get it for under 400. HD-DVD has lost the format war. The only reason i got one is for the BluRay player. I'm sure others are starting to buy it for the same reason.

Unfortunetly selling only the console produces a loss for sony. They depend on game sales to turn a profit.
