Level One: Level one planets are certified as such by having no solid evidence that any other intelligent life exists, and much corruption, such as greed, and religious wars, plague the planet?s population.

Release of this document
ONLY PARTS LOWER OR EQUAL TO THE PLANET?S LEVEL MAY BE REVEALED EXCEPT FOR KNOWLEDGE THAT OTHER LEVELS EXIST. NO CRITERIA MAY BE RELEASED TO A PLANET UNTIL THAT PLANET HAS REACHED SAID CRITERIA. THIS RELEASE NOTE ALONG WITH ANY FOLLOWING INFORMATION MAY BE SHOWN.

Conditions
ALL LEVEL THREE PLANETS MUST BECOME PART OF THE LIR DUE TO KEEPING UNITY OF THE KNOWN 749 DIMENSIONS COMBINED OF UNIMENSIONS ONE AND SIX. ANY PLANET THAT DOES NOT MEET THAT CONDITION WILL BE GIVEN 1 COMMON YEAR TO COMPLY, AFTER WHICH, SAID PLANET WILL BE EXTERMINATED.

Common Year
Common years are defined as the amount of time required for Xilpax to make one revolution around its planet, Xildras. This time may either be noted as 6 Kan per 9 Octor, or 18.5 thousand miles per 19.5 million seconds, or 29,772,050 Kilometers per 19.5 million seconds.

Just because it popped into my head doesn't mean I made it up. At least not to me it doesn't. It's similar to Medium. It doesn't necesarily mean I didn't make it up, it just means I have no justification for or against the statement "This is made up"

If lack of evidence means made up, then yes, it is made up, however, there are a whole group of people called "religious" who go by what popped into peoples heads.

And, I can't tell you what the other levels are as that would violate interplanetary law. See "Release of this Document"

i'm afraid that thoughts that develop in your head are certainly more likely to of come from levels of your own consciousness rather than levels of intergalactic beings.

its quite an irrational belief.

one you're entitled to should you hold it dear but i'd urge you to try and concentrate on what you know is true rather than suspecting aliens are implanting messages in your mind.
sometimes what we think is true can be hard to seperate from what we would like to be true.
