Out of Body Experiance

just wondered if anyone has had, or knows of anyone who has had an
Out of body Experiance ???
ive not and dont know anyone either, but ive seen tv shows and find them interesting, but am also unsure of the truth in them

I'm not entire sure if this counts, but one time, I was walking in Costco, and suddenly, I got zapped by the shopping cart. But it was so intense (I've still never been zapped that hard since), for a moment, I saw everything from what looked like about 10 - 15 feet up.

It has been proven that these kind of things can be triggered by electrical shocks to specific parts of the brain, so I assume it was something along those lines.

Twice. Once walking through a park with an ex girlfriend, during the beginnings of a storm. Out of now where, all we could see was white for a split second. Once we realized what happened we immediately left. We almost got struck by lightning, and it was one of the most terrifying things I have ever seen.

Also, I was on shrooms once, and was walking down my apartment stairs outside. I had my dog with me, and there was a bird "cooing". It was surreal, it felt like I was literally looking down on myself from the corner, where the bird was.

I'm not sure, but when I was a young child,when I would get up in the middle of the night, I felt like my feet weren't even touching the floor.
