The hilarity!

Your sexual obsession is comical... predictable... but comical.

Honestly though... If he could be perp walked down Pennsylvania avenue on his way out, that I would pay to see.

I suspect though any perp walking would be done by the SDNY and not really be exactly election tampering.

It seems like some members of the american right (the same crew I get all my bats*** AOC rumors from) -- have re-written history that Hillary did not accept election results and was leading a riot or something. Seriously someone mentioned that this week...not sure if it was something going around at CPAC.

But she gave her concession speech and then went and hid the woods for a week or two... I mean even the recount questions that happened in certain states was asked for by Jill Stein, and it was paid for by lot of small individual donations, and even on some of the "secret democrat groups" when we were talking about it and organizing it wasn't something being lead by hillary, she was in the woods. (like literally in the woods, the pics exist)

it's different for citizens to have feels and be upset at an outcome, that isn't the candidate challenging the results. I think some of their fears of a trump administration, were legit. He's changes laws and practices that have had real impact on the daily lives of many citizens.

Would the riots be worse than the riots that happened after Trump won in 2016?

@chaski Said

I don't remember any riots after Trump won.

Correction... I do remember something in Oakland... maybe Portland also... Trump called them "small groups" so they couldn't have been that big a deal... like protests joined by a handful of jackasses who will use any excuse to cause trouble....kind of like republican/conservative behavior just after Obama got elected.

...certainly not like the Brixton riots.

Of course all that is off topic.

I dunno dude, a bottle of tequila, candle light, you in your blue dress and Hillary in a prison jump suit. How could a man not get excited by that?

Yes, the Portland one was the broken windows I was thinking of. In the grand scheme of things, just a few jackass that get into any large gatherings.

I don't know about rioting in the streets of the USA, but I do remember seeing video of Russians dancing on rooftops and cheering.

At least I think I do
Or I remember someone telling me about it

To be fair, Americans have a vastly different definition of rioting than we do. When we're unhappy with our political opponents traditionally we have resorted to calling them w**kers (although sadly, the COUNTERFACT or Antifact or whatever they're called contagion is here now, which is depressing). But anyway;

I know you won't watch these, and I understand that the US has a higher threshold for what constitutes riotous behaviour, but in Aus this type of thing qualifies. Burning cars, smashing shop windows etc., attacking innocent people and the police - what do you call it?

Interestingly it is hard to find this footage on Youtube, you really have to dig around to find this stuff now, because a narrative is more important that reality. There's a lot it out there though. There were mass protests with violence trying to stop people like Ben Shapiro from speaking at universities. We'd call that rioting too.

Is it off topic? We're talking about responses to the next election. Referencing the last one does not seem too big a stretch.

Seriously though, i think we kind of expect our protests to have a little violence because some people are asshats.

but it takes more than that to be a real riot.

"To be fair" in the USA if the violence comes from the right, it is coming from "good people".... as Trump calls them.

But, yes... I do view it as a bit off topic as we should be talking about Hillary, Comey, the FBI and Leftists.

Well played. If we had a hat doffing smiley I'd use it here... as it is this will have to do.

CNN talking points are fun.

Trump did not call the guy that killed Heather Heyer a fine person.

He said there were fine people on both sides of the debate about tearing down monuments, and there were fine people there on the day. If the media choose to misrepresent in the name of race baiting, that's ok. They have their failing narrative to push, and all those new coding courses to attend, so it's not like they have time for facts.

Naturally the media like to conflate the Friday night march with the Saturday rally. Conveniently forgetting that context is a thing. Trump is possibly a lot of things, but a neo-Nazi or Jew hater? I'd say he is more likely to be coloured (cos of the whole being orange thing) than he is to be a white supremacist.
