every school has thier different groups but that doesn't mean to say they have to be disrespectful towards each other does it?! or is this just me?!

i work in a school :L duhhhhh!

That's how the social life is sometimes in high school. Even the most mature students or even the seniors in high school act that way. I had to go through it. In a way my school was diverse especially during lunch time from races to well known to barely known. It's like that sometimes.
