Holy s***, just how many songs do you need on your iPod? Have you really exceeded the capacity of an 80GB 'pod?

Kyahbean has.

Videos and movies take up *lots* of hard drive space.

Try putting a few full-length movies and a couple seasons of Law & Order along with your whole music collection.

I'm excited about the new Nano. It's pretty freakin slick. And I sure as hell wouldn't mind having a touch screen iPod with a web browser and Wi Fi....

I guess I don't use the iPod for movies, it's not an enjoyable experience for me.

Wow 160, that's alot of space, but I'd rather keep my 80gb and stockpile of movies and music on my computer.

I actually have a externa, 120GB hard drive for my home computer just for my music. On that along I believe I have about 95GB of music, and going.

I don't use my ipod for videos/movies really cause it is such a battery drainer! Besides, why watch a movie on such a tiny litle screen? It kills the experience.

Because it's a great way to pass the time when you're waiting in line, chilling out between classes at school, sitting in the back seat of a car on a long drive, etc etc.

s***, we put kyahbean's iPod Video on the dashboard and play episodes of Law & Order on long drives. We watched 4 or 5 episodes on the 13-hour drive back from Indiana a few weeks ago.

I see what you mean but I wouldn't buy these episodes of shows or movies when I probably already own the DVD's.. unless there is a way to copy those into a format for the iPod.... then I'd just get a car charger.. but I rarely do long trips or am the passenger/back seat person in the car.

There is.

The only thing I've ever bought from iTunes is a Tori Amos album and that was just so I could get in on the presale tickets for her tour.
