Need help with SPSS syntax!

Hello everyone!

I want to do a simple main effects analysis on some data. Have heard that you have to copy and paste some SPSS syntax in??! Have no idea what this is/how to do this!!!

My experiment has the mean number of responses made for 3 different stimuli types across 8 different sessions.
