Music that makes you cry?

Has anyone got a song that just makes you well up with tears? Or be it at an odd moment
and you just feel so strong about a particular song that you cry along to it? Who has ever
done that? Alternately, who, if you saw live, do you reckon could provoke tears?

Woah that came out, dare I say it, very Emo.

I got depressed and tired one night and burst into tears listening to "Exit
Music for a Movie" by Radiohead. The giant climax, it still makes me shudder.
Also, Green Spandex, by Xavier Rudd has brought tears to my eyes, it was the
chosen song for a family friend's funeral.
"I'll never lose your touch,
I'll never forget your smile"
Last Kiss, by Pearl Jam has welled some up.
And I know that my suicide song'll be Jeff Buckley's cover of Hallelujah.

I reckon that if I ever saw Jeff Buckley live, I could possibly cry. The passion
and beauty of his songs are amazing. RIP<3

yeah that song used to b/c my step dad was a complete bytch until my mom divorced him

My Immortal by Evanescence also used to make me cry b/c it was a song I dedicated to my ex-step-dad

Goodbye to u by Michelle Branch always makes me cry and Aerosmith i dont want to miss a thing.

Bon Jovi makes me cry. Because they play it all the time at my work, and it is so incredibly godawful I am beginning to suspect people are putting it on especially to see how much of it I can take.

hmm....i cried listening to early sunsets over monroeville, but thats because i put music on when im sad or angry, or just plain emotional, and i started to cry, like half way through, but i wasnt really listening to the song

Well it doesn't really make me cry but the 'Hallelujah' song by David Gray. It's quite depressing ironically but its the one song that upsets me when i hear it on Shrek. Love it though!

Yellowcard's "Believe" makes me teary eyed, as does Sarah McLachlan's "I Will Remember You"

Two out of Three Aint Bad, Heaven Is a Half Pipe (it reminds me of a time) and Hurt, the Johhny Cash version. Some other songs make me emotional like Another Girl, Another Planet by The Only Ones.

I Miss You by Incubus used to make me cry, because it summed up exactly how i felt about Mark. Also Echo by Incubus used to make me cry, because Mark sang it to me, and i really missed him when he left
