The experiment with moving the server to London hasn't worked out too well.

Therefore, I will be moving TFS back onto a server based in the United States (Michigan) sometime in the next few days.

The new server will have considerably more RAM and faster CPU & hard discs, so should help with speed as well.

Expect several hours of downtime while the site is moved over. I'll have more details once the hosting company gets the server ready.

Update. I'll be taking the server offline at approximately 3PM Mountain Time (1 hr 20 minutes from now) to prepare for the move.

Hope it's smooth sailing!

Which reminds me, did anyone watch the ball drop on ABC with d*** Clark this year.

OH my God, I can't believe they let him host the special. Seriously, he's old and his speech is slurred because of his many strokes and heart attacks.

It was so hard to understand him and I found myself trying not to laugh. I understand that he's a staple and has been doing it for years, but maybe he shouldn't just been on the sidelines instead.

Which further reminds me; Did anyone notice that the rockin' new years countdown is renamed as not just d*** Clarks' but now d*** Clarks' and Ryan Seacrest?

So...I'm guessing, Seacrest is the new d*** Clark. I hate him.
