I have never been on a forum quite like this one before but on all the car forums Im on they encourage you to bump an old thread if you have a similar question or wanna discuss the same thing. They are also not as nice as to merge them. They lock your thread after linking the old one and make sure you know about the search feature in a less then friendly manor sometimes.

Oh... I get it now. I can see that, if a issue or question was put forth and is in a dead thread, you go looking for that. Makes sense really. I don't know how, but isn't there some sort of limit sometimes.

I can start. The bigger the forum is the bigger the server needs to be. Servers are not free so I know with the car forums they are trying to keep space to a min. Tino can prob add a lot more to that though.
