right!
help!
im writing my personal statement, and i need to see how many characters i have.... but.. i have NO idea where the word count button is!!
i know exactly where it is on the old microsoft.

Help please

For those who may need it....
little arrow at the very top, go on more commands, then there's a scroll bar, go to all commands, scroll down, find word count, add it, click ok, then it should appear where that little arrow was

I have 2007 installed on my laptop and I had so many problems finding my way around. I left the old MS Word installed on my other computer just in case

I had 15 years of Microsoft Word ingrained into my head, so the learning curve was a bit steep at first.

I've gotten used to it, though, and the interface is...... quite slick. I like it now.

I was doing a physics lab write up in MS Word 2007 and I discovered a button that lets you create fancy looking equations

It was SO much fun
