isn't it kind of a moot point now. whether he was or not it doesn't really mater now.

a lot of people do screwed up things. just look at politicians, he did more good then bad, yeah he was a little weird but aren't we all.

No one really knows just what was going though his head. I think he was strange and had some messed up views but none of that really matters now.

although paying of that family looks a bit dodgy, theres a different way of looking at it.

if MJ was guilty then why would that family accept that money?, if he was guilty and they could prove it they would get that money anyway plus a lot more, if they went through with the court case.

Though some of the so called evidence was, or sounded incriminating, still you have to take into account that he was basically cheated of a normal childhood, full of fun and games like most of us had...
While we were playing, and being kids, he was performing, and basically forced to grow up before his time..

He may have been fulfilling some of those yearnings, while offering a 'wonderland' for children to enjoy?

If you really, really, honestly believe that a man molested your child and you can prove it, and you honestly, really believe he will molest others, would you take a monetary payoff to drop the case?
