There are a few users who kept getting banned and coming back over and over and over. Sweeney's not even the worst of them. It seems most of them have moved on to other things though.

I'm not going to tell anyone how to run their site, but I'd certainly be in favor of a 3-strikes-you're-out rule

In your opinion may be, the way I see it is, you're letting yourself be targeted, then moaning about it when he says something you don't like. You've openly put yourself in the firing line, so if you get some backlash off a troll.. it's your problem.

The way to deal with it, if it is such a problem, either ignore it and remove yourself from the firing line, or share your concerns with a mod.
