I'm surprised that Scott misread the article. I wonder if the original article contained a typo or something and the site edited the article between his reading and his posting.

When I read it it did read like Allen was going to pay and do the deed. Maybe it was edited, or maybe I misread in the same way as Scott.

It was a lot funnier when I thought Allen was going to pay *AND* give the.. service.

Before I read the article, I was thinking that Allen was doing this for someone's vote
