I've got an Oyster photocard. Do I use it on the buses aswell, even though I travel free????????????????????

Anyone noticed how people seem very efficiant in London?

Like up here, i pass anyone in the street and no matter who they are i say "aye aye". It's polite, either I do it or the other person does. Go to London and you say anything to anyone on the street and you get a funny look.

Not as bad as New York though, where you say hi to anyone and they cross the street.

Cos we're not rude enough to do eye contact and hello's

My question is, what if your walking down the street in London and you see someone who looks nice looking and you want to chat with them, wouldn't it be dificult to initiate a conversation?

A chatting up convo or just a chat?
I personally wouldnt start a convo up with a complete stranger, get knifed in the face for doing that in edmonton lol

Only talk to a stranger if,

1. They are a girl.

2. If you are sure that you are harder or can run faster than them.

Thats what I love about the North East of Scotland. Your more likely to be attacked for not speaking to strangers.

It is kinda rude, unless your in a busy part of town, to walk past someone and not say something noting their presence.

If your brave enough to strike up a convo then do it, i suppose it'll be like anywhere really
