Knowledge Vs Intelligence

It seems to me that too many of our politicians moinds are loaded with an encyclopedia of knowledge but, it seems, they are mentally endowed with a page of intelligence to guide them.

I think he may be saying that all educated people aren't extremely intelligent and many people who aren't, are.

I've said it before, and I'll say it again.

If politicians are such losers and idiots, why do you all keep sending them back here?

Bear in mind that I have no representation in Congress.

It takes intelligence to use your knowledge in a productive / proactive way. You can know everything there is to know, but, if you don't know what to do with all that knowledge, you have no intelligence.

Contradictory. Based on this, you have to be intelligent
to acquire knowledge. Ergo: "a person cannot have 'all that knowledge" but no intelligence". If they had no intelligence, they'd have no knowledge.

Exactly. OP's premise is incorrect. It's called baffle them with bulls***. This does NOT require a large amount of knowledge, or the intelligence to use it.
