Believe it or not, being a Vice President who has the ability to decide whether you support a nation financially or not, and having your son get a job on the board of a company led by a serious criminal who is under investigation in that country, then bribing the President of that country to remove the investigator, is a really, really, really bad look. It is ok for Biden to bribe a foreign leader into sacking a guy running an investigation into a company that pays his son larges sums of money for no legitimate reason, but it is not ok for Trump to ask about it.

We know there was no quid pro quo. The testimony in the impeachment farce made that clear.

Is it ok for a VP to have his son paid a lot of money to do nothing on the board of a foreign company run by an oligarch who is under investigation for corruption in a country that is notoriously corrupt. Yes or no?

Is it ok for a VP to threaten to withhold aid from a nation that is being threatened by Russia, in order to get the government to halt the investigation into a company that illegitimately employed the VPs son after the investigation had started? Yes or no.

Is it ok for a US President to ask a foreign leader to look into possible corruption involving a top former US politician? Yes or No.

Do not answer by taking sides. These are simple questions. The answers in order should be as follows. No. No. Yes.
