Is racism EVER justified?

OK folks, im gonna be totaly strait with you guys. Im a 20 Y/o psychology student in dundee, Scotland. does ANYONE think racinsm can ever be justified? im also including people who have been persecuted (eg jews during the Halocaust)(do they hace a right to hate all germans?) NO-ONE is excuded give your views but please try to t see other too

come on folks, i can tell this is a small community. I personally am a total anti racist (not that i want that to affect comments left.) Pleast let me know how others feel too.

Short answer i think is no... sure we may get frustrated with other races views befeifs ect ect but everybody in this world is different with different views beleifs ect ect that what makes this world such an interesting place.. can u imagine if everybodys views were the same... how boring this world would be...

so some one who has had their whole familly killed, has no right to hate all the "types" of people who killed them even if they believe in the same belifes that led to the original deaths? (devils advocate) (sorry for the spelling)

no - they have a right to hate the popele who did the killing. Not everyone in that race would act like that - it is only the extreme minority. they can hate the extreme minority, they can hate the extremist group the murderer belonged to - but they still have no right to hate EVERYONE who has been born into that race - we all have free will and that means someone can be born into a race where it's normal to kill people (theoretically - im not talking about anyone in particular!!!) but they can still CHOOSE not to kill... thats my opinion anywayz

yeh they may hate the people who had done the act but its not a racial thing.. sure they may be muslim for example but its the indiviuals whom they hate not the muslim race

what does hating them really accomplish? seriously?

not all people from one race are the same! hating a black person (for example) for killing a friend, doesn't mean all black people are gonna do the same.

ok guys "ochhh" "hoots" "Jimmi!" for the "scotts" fans chears, scotland is v multi cultural, an i have LOADS og "diverse" friends. however i just wondered if u guys felt that racial hate could ever be justified. an would love 4 u guys to let loose an tell us some new s***: GO!!!! :p
