I was discussing this last night. I chose 21. It was before I had children, not a grey hair on my head, not a wrinkle.

Although 21 was not my physical peak, that was about 28, I think I would be happy to stay looking 21 for the rest of my life.

Of course if you stop ageing you would never know what it is like to get older. If you stopped it too soon you may never reach your full potential.

Would you freeze the ageing process?

I'd choose 20. I know I'm only 16, but I find it cool to be already grown-up, but still have something of the teen inmside you.

Probably somewhere around my late twenties, a bit of life experience behind me but still reasonably fit and healthy with a great deal more hair than today!

hi, as a newbie, from about 30 mins ago, its great to read a very good question
i would stay at 16, although i loved school, hated exams, so i enjoyed going on my adventure into the big wide world, but
i would not have had my 2 beautiful children, and i could not envisage life without them
thanks for a great topic, look forward to reading more

I've always believed most people really look the best they ever will, when they turn 40. So if I could turn back time(sounds like a song title )it would be only as far back as that.

Are we just talking physically? Like I'd still have a valid ID? Then I'd say I'd go back to 20, because I was the least fatassiest then. But if I don't get to keep my ID, I want to go back to 24. The awful wrinkle in my forehead wasn't as obvious then.

well i kind of mean you would continue to develop mentally and technically get older but physically you would stop ageing.
