I've given up alcohol!!!

I gave up drinking for a month once.... i had a fitness kick, then i slowly went back to once a week... Its hard not to drink when i have been drinking for so long, plus some really good times was with beer...

Its an eye opener. i gave up alcohol for about 5 months last year. Its not as bad as people imagine. But there is only so much coke you can drink

well done FOK, just think how cheap its gonna be to get pissed in February

I did it once.
well...
there was just a party drought.
also known as exams.

so it wasn't voluntary.

best thing is distraction, get a new game for the 360 or PS2 or whatever, if you want a drink, get engrossed in your game instead.

problem is ATM everything i do is kinder associated with drinking so i just need to break that habit..

I found personally that I do enough stupid s*** when I'm not drinking... But some people handle their alcohol better than I.. Good luck sweety! You can do it, and it'll for sure save ya some cash, who know's you might not want to start again.
