It's true...I used to have AWFUL flatulence!

It only took me 42 years to figure it all out for myself -

1. I can't eat yogurt. (But icecream, milk and cheese are ok for me!)

2. I have to eat A LOT of FIBER to keep things moving along. So I eat a bowl of cereal every day that has half of my fiber requirements. And I eat a bowl of lentil soup every day to make sure that the other half is taken care of.

Now I never even have gas - except maybe for 1 minute before I have to 'go'.

It's very liberating! It was really horrible before!

Not really. I get my stench mainly from my feet.

Maybe my tips could help with that odor, too?

I used to have foot odor when I was a kid - but that was because I did't change my socks enough.

Now I have that under control!!

That's okay. I like my stinky feet.

Was the picture in your signature of your FEET?

Or you could just take a little over the counter pill called "beano"..
Take beano before, and there will 'beano' gas after, say's the commercial.

But your diet is really healthy, and you should stick to it even after, 'if' you switch to beano.

Ha ha - the ad is funny - there will BEANO gas...
