Like what? I use it a good bit. I'm not aware of any ways to hack into conversations or what not.

That's the sort of thing I NEED to know before getting it,I wouldn't even think about it if you have to turn the Firewall off just so you could use it.

That's how I got put onto it,I have friends O/S and they rave about it.

My ex lived in the UK and we relied on it for voice communication. Rarely had problems. As long as you have a good connection.

I'd say it's cheat-on-your-spouse friendly, but don't use it for world domination chat.
