I cannot remember the name of that game...

There are these bricks set up at the top and on the bottom there is this bar that you can move to the left and the right. There is this ball that you shoot off and you have to make sure it doesn't fall... you have to use the bar to bounce it back up until all the bricks are gone.

What's it called?

It has a variety of names,but for the life of me I can't remember either.

The original game was called "Arkanoid," hence the "javanoid" knockoff name. It is now a generic class of games generally referred to as "brick breaker" games.

Now that I think about it, I think Breakout came before Arkanoid. Same idea though.
