I have got myself a new favorite food. Walmart has these fully cooked grilled chicken breast in the frozen food dept. They are Sam's Choice. Since I'm eating a little healthier these days I thought I'd try them . I can't believe how good they are. I put them on my george forman grill and add some seasoning and let them cook for about 6 minutes and they are so darn good. I can eat them with some veggies for an instant meal or I can make a sandwich out of them . This has become my fave new quick meal. I usually don't like frozen food but these are da bomb.

MMmmm maybe I will have to try them. I have started getting the bags of chicken breasts that need to be cooked but not defrosted....this is even an easier meal........WOOT

I stock pile stuff in my frezzer when I go to the market. If it's on sale I buy at least two or three so that I have stuff on hand if I do cook. I used to cook every day but since D. got hurt and had to change jobs , he's done alot of the cooking. Now that he's back to full time work I may have to start cooking a liitle more.

They are in a green bag. I have tried some in the past that were not good at all it was like processed chicken but this is the real breast. I love it , I'm going to have a grilled chicken salad for lunch today.

yea I tell myself I hate walmart but when I filled out my taxes this year and started wading through receipts , it seems I like walmart pretty well I spend a bunch of money there.

I just got home from work and I have me one on the grill cooking now, I should'nt eat this late at night but I'm about to starve , too busy at work to eat again tonight.

That sounds awesome!! We love new ideas for dinner...our lives are full of tortellini and shake n bake.

(Not that I'm complaining b/c I looooooove tortellini and shake n bake.)

Theres so many ways that you can fix this chicken to, cover it in bbq sauce or cheese and peppers or make a salad or sandwich. I love it when I can eat heathy and actually like the taste of the foot.
