How to gain weight and muscle and the same time?

My current status is 13 years old. I've already hit puberty and I'm around 63 inches tall 101 pounds of weight. I obviously know there is nothing I can do about the height factor, but the weight factor. I'm very skinny and need to gain weight but heres the deal-I don't want be fat, but heavy along with toned muscles. I'm not really wanting to become "ripped" but rather become "toned". So any ideas for me on how I can gain the weight, yet at the same time keep/gain muscle definition?

Do a daily exercise and eat more proteins and healthy food.
You still have to go to an extent in exercising and weights if you do wish to be mostly fat free. Just don't go overboard because that'll get you rip and rip your veins too.

tell your parents you'll trade in the cell phone for a professional weight trainer. I'm sure they would be all for that. Yes, get a weight trainer that knows best.
