Yay, so I finally have found something that works for me. And if you know me, you know I hate drinking water other than what's necessary.
I've tried the little crystal lite packets and while that worked for a while, the problem was that I could never consistently find the flavors that I like. The store would be out or they stopped making it or something. It was disruptive. Plus, I still could only do a bottle and half a day.
But now, this has worked better. Peanut Butter!
I started eating these as a snack and duh, it makes me thirsty, and so I drink water. It works really well, it's healthy snack that you can pair up with apples, celery, bananas or eat by its awesome self and it'll make you thirty to where you can easily drink a bottle of water without even knowing it. And the more you drink, the more naturally your body will crave the water, so then you're drinking more and more and soon you'll be drinking more water on a regular basis than ever before.
Ever since I started eating the little peanut butter snack pack thingies, I've noticed that I'm drinking more water and craving more water. 3 1/2 tumblers a day.
