There is a small local place that has it at $3.20

Since most here go by gallon, I converted so its 4.56$ a gallon. It was not that long ago 4.95$ a gallon so its gone down.

Any savings are offset by driving huge gas guzzlers 15k miles/year as so many do.

4 Liters is 1.057 Gallons which would be just over $3.10 USD in North Texas.
