I care

I say just let it form organically

does it (or any other book) have to be in "logical" order?

the sense is in the meaning, not in the order of events

good luck 8)

I suggest you consider the use of a good spell checker.
Keeping your story in a logical order would require logic.
If you want to leave room for change I find any word processor useful.

A good ghost author might be worth considering.

Anyway maybe get each simple idea out on an index card, lay them out on a table, and then shuffle them around.

Make a plan, decide how many major events you will have and then decide how many chapters you will have, basically one for every event plus a couple of extra then write a simple plan of what will happen in each chapter and write the book from that, it means you never run out of what to write next and you can add onto the ideas as much as you like.
