Right-click on an image; select 'Properties' -- a window will pop up with the (http:/......) URL-address. Highlight the entire URL-address, and then copy it, with a slick Ctrl-C maneuver. Afterwards, you can close that window, and return to the already inserted set of IMG-Brackets. Place your cursor smack in the middle of the two, and with your fingers extended -- as if you were gaping at diamonds in a showcase -- hit Ctrl-V, to insert the memorized URL-address.
Then, to assure yourself that all is well and as it should be, check your compact mirror, and click on the Preview-button. If things are to your liking, close the compact, close the window, and click on Post. C'est fini.

on the left of the reply box and then press the "Browse" button. Find the pic on your computer and hit "UPLOAD IT!" Once it's uploaded you can post it here 
You're using the image tags correctly, you just don't have a URL in between!
