I know this is a food/health related topic but it's also a great way for people to come up with interesting ideas which also is entertaining.

So anyway, a lot of people who love and enjoy food are interested in food that isn't exactly good for them so how can we make these sorts of foods into great, healthy, fat burning foods?

Here's a list of my usual typical junk food:
Pepperoni pizza
Chicken Chow Mein
Ham burgers
Curly fries
Macaroni n' cheese

Now how can I make these low in fat, good for the heart, strength building and fat burning foods?

Pizza: Which low fat cheese should I use? What low calorie and good for the heart toppings should I pick?

Chow Mein: Noodles are my most favourite but they're greasy and leave me bloated. Which way should I cook my chow mein?

Ham burgers: Having the salad with the meat is good but what meat patti should I use that won't produce so much fat or grease and will give me iron, energy and keep my heart going?

Curly fries: Who doesn't love curly fries? How can we prevent the crispy and greasiness?

Maybe justcstart changing your diet is a better idea.

Clean eating has bigger impact on weight loss than the gym.

I made this for general for everyone.

My actual diet is:
Shredded wheat with skimmed milk for breakfast.
Apples for snacks.
Plain tap water for drinks throughout the day.
For lunch I have fresh meat with mixed fresh vegetables.
For dinner I have a light soup with brown wholemeal bread spreaded with low cholesterol butter.

For breakfast, I make a smoothie consisting of a cup of frozen berries, 4 ice cubes, 16 oz of lactose free milk, a chewable multivitamin pill, and two servings of Carnation Instant Breakfast.

For lunch I eat a ziplock box of some sliced veggies - carrots, broccoli, snow peas, celery, and cucumber, as well as a bottle of V8 fusion.

For dinner, I pretty much eat anything. But only one serving. Water for drink.

Exercise comes with my job, but I do row for 20 minutes on my off days.

None of this is deprivatory or taxing, yet not overindulging at the same time. Yet, this all keeps me at a body weight of 160 at 6'1" and my cholesterol/BP ideal.

I don't eat junk food and don't eat fast food.

The food at places like MacDonalds literally gives me headaches.

I eat healthy and make the vase majority of my meals from scratch.

And when I drink booze...only the best.

I think that's the key - just find what you like that is nutritious and healthy and stick with that rather than try and force yourself to eat things you don't particularly care for just to try and eat healthy - more often than not you set yourself up for failure if doing the latter.

Moderation is also key. Don't be afraid to eat what you like as well from time to time that may not be considered health food - just don't overdo it.

I actually hate McDonald's, it makes me vomit. I like Burger King better along with Papa John's, Subway and any Chinese place. But I do it in moderation and try to look after my body.
